About Me

I was born and raised in Florida as a preacher’s kid. I began playing guitar at the age of seven, and sensed a call to ministry and worship leading at the age of 13. Since then, I’ve been leading worship pretty much every Sunday of my life, experiencing the joys and trials of church ministry, learning that Jesus really does hold all things together. And so, in all I do, my heart’s desire to help people see and savor him. And I long to help other pastors and worship leaders faithfully and consistently point their congregations to Jesus.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from George Mason University, and a Master of Arts in Religion from Reformed Theological Seminary. As an ordained priest in the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA), I currently serve as Rector (Senior Pastor) at Truro Anglican Church in Fairfax, VA.

I married Catherine in 2006, and we have four wonderful kids: Megan, Emma, Callie, and Jacob, who keep us busy, laughing, praying, and very grateful to God.

Recordings
For ten years I served on the worship staff of The Falls Church Anglican in Falls Church, Virginia. While there, I recorded three worship albums: “A Thousand Amens”, “For Our Salvation” (an Advent EP), and “We Will Proclaim”. These can be found on iTunes and Amazon. You can find some of my original songs on those albums here

Sermons
The sermons I’ve preached at my home church can be found here.
